Celebrating 15 Years

I still cannot believe that Cook Photography has been in business for 15 years!  I think that is a really big accomplishment, and I didn't expect it to come up so quickly!  With that as my first Blog post to kick off the Website and Celebrate with great enthusiasm, I thought I would start with a shout out to the Family that trusted me enough to take my first ever family session, and that they have been with through the past 15 years!  I can not tell the McConkie family Thank you enough for their love and loyalty.  As I have watched the Chris, Joey, Eddie, Emily, and Anna grow up I feel just as much  pleasure hearing about what they accomplish, as I do my own Nieces and Nephews.  Part of the passions for my photography grows because I love getting to everyone I see behind the lens, you may not realize it, but you all enter my heart and become a big part of who I am.  I love hearing about what you are up to and celebrating- so Here's to another 15 years. Hopefully I will grow as a photographer as well.  As I look back at where I started, it is even more rewarding to see where we have gotten to.  

The very first photo I took of the McConkie family was in 2003- and it was taken with my medium format Hasselblad camera and I only have the negatives that have to be scanned in so when I do I will update the very first one, but in the meantime enjoy the progression of this amazing family through the years!  I love you McConkies!
